With renewed energy and excitement, they embarked on a journey and, just 15 months later, they celebrated the grand opening of Lebowski's Taproom in Colorado Springs, CO!
Monica even stumbled upon her father's amazing coffee liqueur recipe and decided to whip it up for their restaurant. It quickly became a hit with their customers! Inspired by the fantastic response, Monica and David found a distillery and transformed Kool-Luah into a thriving business.
